Welcome to Casa Kura, a bright, modern four-bedroom villa in the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla, where days are built around the pool, the beach, and a hammock. Thirty feet of glass doors open the home to a private garden oasis, with a cooling pool and a thatched palm rancho that has an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining table, and lounge. Beach Club access is included, daily housekeeping is covered, and our concierge team handles the rest, so you can spend your time on surf, golf, trails, and long afternoon siestas.

The Space:
With Kura is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 3000 sq ft is a tropical modern beauty! Clean modern lines, customized furniture, and a palette of bright tropical colors bring this home to life. All of the internal spaces are air-conditioned with individual mini-split units allowing customized cooling throughout the home. The furniture from the huge pivoting wooden front door to the incredible feature beds, wooden cabinets, and the dining table has been customized to continue the tropical theme throughout. 30ft of glass sliding doors open the main house to an incredible private oasis setting with a cooling pool as the central feature, adjacent to the pool a luxurious 365 sqft thatched palm rancho offers the ultimate poolside retreat complete with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining, lounge and of course the ultimate hammock setting for your afternoon siesta!

The house has a Mist Away mosquito misting system installed that is programmed to automatically spray a very fine mist of a mild botanical insecticide through a nozzle circuit installed around your property. With just two or three short mists per day, mosquitoes and other annoying insects disappear from our property yard.

Home to the JW Marriott, walk off the beach and enjoy the hotel restaurants and bar.
For anyone wanting flat waters, Playa Mansita at Low tide is perfect for you!

Playa Langosta -
With large trees right up to the shoreline, Langosta provides a the perfect setting for a long day at the beach. Bring your cooler, a packed lunch and enjoy a beach day at the 'palapas'.


BEACH CLUB
The Beach club membership will give you access to all the amenities you need for a perfect day at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, and a gym. $5 entry fee

With an infinity-edge pool that looks over the crashing waves of Little Hawaii, The beach club is a must for any of our guests. With an open air restaurant, poolside sunbeds, tiki bar, gymnasium, soccer and volleyball courts The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club has something for everyone.

*Beach Club has an annual closing in October for maintenance and upgrades.

Created by Mike Young, This par 72 course, which can play up to 7,200 yards, was designed to enhance the natural landscape of Hacienda Pinilla, weaving through the tropical forest along the shores of the Pacific to provide an unparalleled blue water backdrop.

HORSE STABLES
Sixteen kilometers of scenic trails that wind through the dry forest and out to the white sands of Playa Langosta this is a uniquely Costa Rican experience right here in Hacienda Pinilla. Guided horseback tours are available at any time, the tours can be customized to fit your group from 30 mins to 2 hrs the ride takes you through the forest and the along the secluded beaches and river mouths all here within the ranch.

MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS
The pro trails are 30 kms running all throughout the ranch
The amateur trails are 15 kms
These trails are also great for hiking and exploring the 4500 acres.

SURFING
Hacienda Pinilla has to be one of the best locations in Costa Rica to base your surf trip. With 6 waves just on Playa avellanas and private access to the beach breaks of playa Langosta you don't even need to leave the ranch, but if you looking to explore the area, the famous Playa negra reef breaks are just 10 minutes south and the the rivermouth and beachbreaks of Tamarindo just 10 minutes to the north.

House
Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

We recommend that you choose Liberia as your international arrival destination with Casa Kura just 1 hr and 15minutes from the international airport of Liberia (LIR)

We can help arrange a private shuttle, or rental car pick up for you. Additionally we can help you in connecting you a rental car company or a golf cart to deliver it at the property for your arrival.
