Guest Agreement: By proceeding with this booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the total cost includes a mandatory, non-refundable Transaction Fee and a Damage Waiver Fee. The guest agrees that these fees are fully earned upon the commencement of the rental period and are strictly non-refundable after the stay has concluded, regardless of any post-stay claims or disputes.

- Maximum overnight guests: Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional guests must be approved by Ohana Vacations in writing.
- ID Verification: Please be advised that we may require additional guest information, such as names, ID numbers and/or ID photos. For some of our properties, this could be a requirement from the HOA and security.
- Minimum age: The minimum age for renting our properties is 18. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- Events: No events are allowed on the property. Small gatherings may be approved if requested ahead of time.
- Vehicles: Although not all of our properties are remote, we do recommend 4WD vehicles if you are coming to Costa Rica.
- Pets: Pets may be allowed for a fee and must be approved ahead of time. Service animals are always welcome at Ohana Vacations properties.
- Smoking: No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes, are permitted in or around the property. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for violating this rule.
- Commercial photography: Commercial photography is not allowed on the premises.
- Lock up at checkout: Please follow the lock up and check out instructions and check your bags for the keys! An extra charge will be applied to the reservation if keys are not left in lockbox.
- Trash: Please ensure that trash bags are tied or trash cans are closed as to not attract bugs. Please never leave any trash bags outside of the property as it can attract wildlife and unwanted pests.
- Complaints: Please come to us with complaints during your reservation. If we are not made aware of an issue during your stay, then we cannot work to fix it. Our business runs on good reviews and we will always do everything we can to ensure that you have an amazing time while you`re a guest with Ohana. Anything less than a 5 star review hurts our business, our property`s ranking and our ability to provide amazing holidays to future guests.
