  • This rental space is a large beachfront house/apart. Upper level 4-bdr, 1650 sq ft. with two optional rental units below. Sits directly on the beach, spacious balcony with stunning ocean views, pool, 10 min. walk to town. This Beach house/Apartment boasts a spacious balcony with fantastic views of the beach below and Tamarindo, great for morning coffees or sunsets or just relaxing and soaking up the sun. The house features an expansive open-plan living room. A fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, fridge). Large family style eating area, 2.5 bathrooms with showers and hot water. High speed internet and smart TV with Netflix access. Each bedroom is air conditioned. You can also enjoy our shared pool and barbecue area. This amazing location is great for families, couples traveling together, or group work retreats.
