"I was overwhelmed with how nice and clean this hotel was. I asked if there were others, I would like to stay at LivINN when possible - going forward. I shopped for good price and this stay was perfect. Staff was helpful - a little issue the TV, taken care of! Breakfast was well stock and being tended to during the service time - Impressive. The dining area was kept tidy and open for early tv watching and peaceful start to the day. Ample parking with no worries. Great and comfortable room - good amenties. Nice towels. Loved the windows ability to get fresh air. Easy wi-fi access. Thanks!!"

"Stayed 1 night. Comfy room and bed, shower was great, minimal noise/disruptions, TV had personal streaming options and had a swivel feature, nice late checkout time of 12pm it was nice to not have to rush out and just take our time in the morning. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. No complaints, would stay again! "

"The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no security provided, the parking lot is an open one in what appears to be a suburban environment with no other businesses close by. I have trouble understanding why payment for parking would be required. It's not like they have to prevent non-guests from parking there or as if they provide security for your car."

"Our room was nice with a large TV. Regulating room temperature was very difficult - you were either very very warm or cold. The breakfast service was adequate and attention was very good for replacing items and cleanliness. The gym appeared to be new and it honestly was one of the nicest work out areas for a hotel that I have seen. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our family get together. My only complaint was that our stay was 4 nights and we received no room service to replace towels etc. I inquired at the desk and all I got was that they could give us a few towels. A sticker on our mirror in the bathroom said that we would receive room service every other day. Disappointed as room service was why this hotel only received a 3 on our last visit ."
