Bustling Barmouth is just down the road take a walk along the promenade and indulge in some fish and chips, an iconic feature of the town is Barmouth Bridge, the over 150-year-old railway viaduct across the Mawddach Estuary. It is half a mile in length with a wooden promenade suitable for pedestrians or cyclists which now forms part of the Wales Coast Path and the Lon Las Cymru Cycle Network. VRBO web site states that children welcome and pets welcome however children are not welcome and only one pet allowed (1 pet allowed is written in the small print at the bottom of the page) - as soon as we were made aware of this we made arrangements for my Son, his Partner and their baby along with two excess dogs to move into a Caravan - owner was quite aggressive at times which left me feeling unsafe in the property ##### Amanda M.
