The room was nice, and the staff did their best to help in everything & accomodate requests. Sometimes the language was issue (their English was limited), but that might have been the spa staff. Breakfast was very basic, but okay. Vegans should not expect much or at all, but they had oat milk which was lovely.
The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town.
We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we dropped our bags off & came back at 4pm. Which has already been relayed to the manager & would not stop us returning. The check in time is probably the only downside to the hotel to be honest, as it isn't near enough to the town center that you can walk it & as check out is 11am & seeing the rooms i fail to believe it takes 5hrs to clean the room....therefore check in should be a lot earlier or at least flexible.
Modern Hostel with Spa, Sauna and Sport Facilitys, simple & clean rooms in good condition, parking free on site (registration necessary). Small cafe restaurant on site.
Spa and Sauna are excellent.

Not worth it. Too far from everything
They are far from everything. The facilities itself are good, but to gain access to the swimig pools, you have to pay 57 euros for a one-time , which lasts for about 5 hours. Then, if tou wanna go inside again, you gotta pay again. Just ridiculous!!!! By the way, you can get better places fot the sane ki d of money close to the old town.
Out of the town centre but has a very good public transport system nearby to get you in the town centre. Big room, comfy beds. Although needs something to keep the mattress topper on the beds better.
Although this place is classed as an hostel the amenities makes this a whole lot better. Great pool and saunas
The breakfast is basic but the paid menu for lunches and evening meals is definitely good value for money
The Spa is a great feature. There is a Miaxima store just two minutes away for grocery and household shopping. Ride share options are the easiest to get around to the airport, mall, or city. I used Uber because I already had an account. But Bolt might be a better option.
The beds are in need of replacement. In my bed, one side was significantly lower due to worn-out springs, which meant I slept downhill for two nights. The pillows were thin, but upon request, additional ones were brought to the room.
The room had a refrigerator, and there was also a separate lounge area down the hallway with a large kitchen available for guests to use.
The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Free parking was available right in front of the hotel.

Very noisy place, absolutely impossible to take a rest during day.
Good- location was about 8 mins walk from the bus stop.
Bad - thin walls make it hard to sleep. No A/C - hard to sleep in the summer months; not walkable from Old Town.
You get what you paid for.
Dont book this place. I got there at 4:50 pm , no one was there to help-staff had left early. I had to go back into town and book another hotel. You won't be happy with this choice!
We liked our stay, but with minimal effort it would have been near perfect.
First of all, there are no hooks or shelves in the rooms or showers. Also no shelves in the bunk beds either. Would have been nice to lay down books, mobile phones, etc. by the bed. Also, would have been nice to hang our jackets, towels etc. on hooks but there were none so unfortunately on the floor it was. It would require little effort to install some hooks and shelves in the rooms and by the bunk beds.
The upper bunk beds had no handles where to get support when going up or down. Again, it would require very little effort to install some sort of grip to the upper beds where one could pull up and safely come down.
The kitchen was also almost great. There were pots and pans but no stove. It would require little effort to buy an electric counter top cooker (cooktop). Also, another fridge would be nice since it was full all the time.
We were lucky that it was not hot outside even though were were the in July-August because there is no air-conditioning (A/C). All we could do was open the window and hope that outside air would be cooler. Since the building is very new we thought there must be A/C but unfortunately there is not.
Apart from the missing A/C all of the shortcomings could be fixed with very little effort. I hope the hotel managers/owners read this review and perhaps these will be all fixed next time when we will come there. 😄

Siisti huone ja varsinkin kahvilan henkilökunta mukavia. Kokonaisuudessaan todellakin hintansa arvoinen, kylpylää sai käyttää koko reissun veloituksetta, kävimme monta kertaa.
