The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. The stand out is the swimming pool, spa and Waterpark. All were of a very high standard and well maintained. The ritual saunas were excellent, with the Sauna. The only small criticism was the breakfast food, but I could always find something. We ate at the Black Rose pub and again the service and the food were good. There was a confusion over the check out day and Kristian and Alina were really helpful in resolving a mistake we made. It was a very enjoyable experience. The only thing that could have made it better was to have a kettle in the room. Upon arrival, I mentioned that it was my birthday and requested a larger room since I was traveling with my small child. Dmitry at the reception kindly upgraded our room without informing us about any additional charges for my 3-year-old daughter's bed. However, at checkout, the unfriendly Jekaterina presented a bill that included fees for two nights for the additional bed. I explained that Dmitry did not mention these charges, especially since I had noted that I am a regular guest, it was my birthday, and we had booked two massages. We enjoyed the twice-booked Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massages (60 minutes each) and the delicious ice cream milkshake in the spa. Victoria, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff were not smiling and did not make us feel welcome.
