2-room-apartment is situated in a block of flats, on ground floor and has a private entrance.  
There are two rooms and showerroom. One room has a kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, induction plate, microwave and toster. There are also a sofa and eating table in this room.  
In the other room there are a bunk, double bed and a desk. Wardrobs are in both rooms.   
Bus stop is in front of the house. Shopping mall (incl. Maxima) with different eating places next to the house.  
5-minute-walk to the beach and park with health trails, ca. 3-km-long beach promenade to Rocca-al-Mare.
