Having advised the manager he move us to another room however this was even worse with toilet waste’ coming up through the shower plug whilst using the shower. On discussing with the manager he advised he had done nothing following our first complaint and merely apologised offering a third room for us to use for the shower. There was no one on site at the hotel until 9am so once I had showed had to wait almost 2 hours before being able to re shower.
