Once you set foot inside this unique property, it’s easy to forget you are less than ten minutes from Florida’s Capitol building, F.S.U. and all that downtown Tallahassee has to offer. Take a rest by the private pool and listen to the soothing sounds of the trickling waterfall feature, cook a meal in the kitchen and sit down to quiet conversation with family and friends at the large hand made antique heart pine wood dining table or play a relaxing game of billiards in the bar room by the fireplace. What a remarkable property not only was spacious it was so well equipped. We were able to have our family in one place to celebrate from the pool room to the patio with swimming pool, huge dining room chefs kitchen enormous bedrooms etc. would absolutely stay again. We enjoyed our stay at the Urban Mansion and just can't say enough about our experience. It was clean and well-stocked as a rental, but the main draw of this home is the character and layout of the space. This house must have been a knockout in its day, and it is still quite impressive...so many design details all tie into the style of the home. The rooms, closets, and bathrooms are large, allowing you room to spread out. The appliances are nicely updated, and the pool area is an oasis. Ample parking spaces and access to the 3 car garage was a huge plus. Communication from the property managers was top notch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! ##### Anne D.
