Come enjoy the beauty, comforts and conveniences that this fully appointed 2 bedroom apartment has to offer. Located on the second floor, The Loft offers peace, security and serenity with tree top views! Our differentiators include an unmatched historical charm including a true "southern" front porch with rockers, hardwood floors throughout the apartment and eclectic furnishings with an attention to details all while being conveniently located near the Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU. Whether you are here for work or vacation, the apartment is equipped to meet your needs. We offer high speed Wifi, a work station with charging ports, televisions in each bedroom and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher, comfortable queen size beds with plush bedding; a full bathroom with bluetooth speakers and free onsite parking. Restaurants, shopping and parks are within walking distance or a short car ride. We are truly “At Home in the Heart of It All!” On site parking along the front of the property. Maximum two cars only for on-site parking. Any extra cars will have to park on the street.
