I can’t even say you get what you pay for since I wouldn’t want to pay for a room with linens that have cigarette burn holes in comforter. Plain as day. In both beds. Why would you put that back on a bed when you’ve seen it? Room needs deep cleaning. Gross stuff on walls and flooring sticky. Never again!

Won’t be back!

Booked 3 months in advance, the day before arrival I received an email of the room not being available. Was sent to another hotel only to be sent back. The room was nasty, smelt so nasty. The door didn’t work and had to incovently do a system to make sure our door shut. Over all very upset and will not be returning!!!! Will not be recommending to even someone I don’t like!

More like a run down halfway house with new paint

Pros: location
Cons: add security, keep thugs out ban weed and clean up the thousands of cigarette butts all over property from grass and sidewalks, fix ice machine
Location: Crackle Barrel
unsavory characters smoking weed all over property,watching you come and go. ended up taking everything with us when we went to diner..

Barely Adequate

Essentially a bed, shower and toilet. Didn't expect grandeur and didn't get it. Finding German Cockroaches in the room put this facility into the "won't go back there" category for me.

Average hotel but in a good location

We have stayed here several times, mainly because we were just looking for a place to sleep and shower for one night. I think it's a doable for one night. But this last time we were there we were placed in a room in one of the further out buildings. We couldn't get wifi service. But getting wifi service at this hotel has been very intermittent for us. We mostly haven't gotten this service even though they advertise they have it.

We found an egg in our toilet...

We came home from our day out in town to find a hard boiled egg in our toilet. We tried to call down to the front desk, but the phone didn't work. Unsure of what else the cleaning staff did in our room while they were eating their hard boiled eggs and leaving trash around, we decided to leave. The front desk issued a refund for the remainder of our planned stay with no problems when I showed them the picture. We also had an issue with the key cards, none of them worked more than once. They also did not have our reservation when we arrived and we had to call expedia to have them resend the reservation information, luckily (or rather unluckily as we found out) there was an available room. Also, there were 2 bed in our room and one of the beds sheets were visible dirty. Lastly, the room felt like we were in a moist, dirty rag the whole time. So if you enjoy having a stressful hotel stay and feeling disgusting in your room, this is the place for you. My wife and I decided that we will never stay at a red roof again.

Not customer friendly to disabled Veteran.

Cons: Management needs training on how to treat disabled veterans or any handicapped person.
Location: Came here to fish at local lakes.
Manager threaten to have my boat towed from his parking lot. Also threaten to refund money and make us leave. Called before coming down and was told no problem with having boat and trailer. Will not ever stay at a Red Roof Inn.

Overnight stay gets an OK rating !

Location is very convenient, just off highway on my way to New Orleans. Hotel is obviously an older hotel but in fair shape and as announced they are doing renovation. Staff at office / check in was very helpful and friendly, a young student at University in area. Room was clean and neat, air condition worked, tv worked great and the bed was clean and comfy. Wifi works well and was fast. Office chair needs replacing and i needed to use desk so it was uncomfrtable. The bathroom was clean, the tub did not drain properly so water backed up in tub. Was overall satisfied with price and value for money, fortunately it was just one night. Basic hotel, good for a short stay.

Convenient

The front desk staff very patient and pleasant. As for the room so much Not. Spider web, dead bugs, stuff smell, wasn't fully stock and comfortable on bed didn't appear to be clean. But the location an price was the convenience for me cause close to interstate an my training.
