There is no sandy beach front, instead there is an ocean wall where one can relax in a lounger. The WiFi is weak and our cable tv did not work. We asked twice to get it fixed, it was never fixed. Buffet breakfast is average with Thai and North American choices. The public pool area is located near the front entrance, cars can be heard speeding by. The rooms are located down steps and downhill paths. Guests with knee or hip issues might find this difficult to manage. The best part of this hotel were the great staff. All were friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. Sumchai was always available to help. We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all. The front desk staff was not so, at one point, they offered me a free drop off and pick up ride to the mall and then left me stranded. It was not a mall, it was an outdoor strip that had no electricity. The heat was horrendous and nothing was open. They attempted to charge me 300 bahts for pick up. Return to the hotel and they refused to accommodate me or even acknowledge the situation. Also, because the hotel is on the side of the road it is very noisy. I attempted to get a partial refund and they declined with no response.
