THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.   
  
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!   
  
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS   
  
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.   
  
• Pool Towels only available upon request through the guest area   
  
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.   
  
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

It was a lovely, spacious and clean apartment. The mesh on the windows was a nice feature as it kept out all flying insects. Modern facilities.

Die Wohnung ist hell und angenehm mit guter Aufteilung in Wohn/Kochbereich und Schlafbereich. Alle Fenster und die Balkontüren haben Mückengitter. Alle Räume haben Klimaanlagen, außerdem Ventilatoren. Die Möbel sind gemütlich und zweckmäßig, die Küchenausstattung gut. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, das sind wir in Zypern schon gewohnt und verwenden Instantkaffee. Die Sauberkeit war gut, alle Flächen sowie Küche, Bad und Balkon waren gut gereinigt. Höhere Regale und die Ventilatoren sollten einmal von Staub befreit werden.Gewöhnungsbedürftig war zunächst die Warmwassernutzung. Es muss immer erst ein Booster durch Schalter an der Wand betätigt werden. Wenn der Booster hoch eingestellt wurde (ab 1 Stunde), stand im Bad relativ schnell (in ca. 10 min) warmes Wasser zum Duschen zur Verfügung. Wir fanden erst spät heraus, dass das Warmwasser in der Küche auch mit dem Badezimmer-Booster zusammenhing und haben das Spülwasser immer mit dem Wasserkocher erhitzt, das war unkompliziert. Die Klimaanlagen sind mit Booster direkt einsatzbereit.Ein überdachter Parkplatz ist quasi direkt vor der Wohnungstüre. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur im Vorfeld war gut, vielen Dank!Einzige Mankos: Das Doppelbett (140 cm) ist zu durchgelegen und unbequem. Wir haben das Zweibettzimmer genutzt, das auf Anfrage im Vorfeld vorbereitet worden war. Die nahe gelegene Straße ist zu den Stoßzeiten sehr laut. Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon wäre nützlich. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.
