Villa Karouzi has some stunning design features both inside and out, an elevated position with sea views, stone detailed exterior, private heated pool with roman steps, air conditioned throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden, garage, alarm, choice of BBQ's, Clay Oven, Gas Fire, Central Heating, Home Entertainment System, Satellite TV (with UK Channels) and Wi-Fi. There is even a wine fridge and 4 slice toaster with bun warmer! All in a convenient location close to shops, restaurants and bars and a short drive to Paphos Town and the beach at Coral Bay. The villa is even fitted with a UK style sanitary system (no bins required for paper). There is no obligation to use the car or for the owner to replace at any time. Interior First impressions at Villa Karouzi in Tala are the modern clean lines and smart design features. The ground floor is light, bright and airy and has a large open plan space comprising lounge, dining area and through to the kitchen. The lounge has a choice of sofas and Home Entertainment System comprising large TV with IPTV (UK Premium TV Channels), DVD (Blu-Ray/Multi-Region), IPOD connectivity and surround speakers. An X-Box 360 is provided with 2 controllers for entertainment (limited games supplied).). A modern gas fire is provided for cooler Winter evenings. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large glass topped table seating six comfortably. Large sliding doors open out from the dining area to the outside terrace and private pool. Villa Karouzi's kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in chestnut colour with matching granite work surfaces and tiled splash backs. Major stainless steel appliances include large American style fridge/freezer with water cooler/ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, hood and microwave. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor. Upstairs at Villa Karouzi the master bedroom features a super king-sized bed (6ft wide), patio doors to balcony (with furniture and great sea views) and an en-suite shower room which has a large cubicle and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has a super king-sized bed, TV & DVD player and shares access to the upstairs balcony. The third bedroom is a twin room with its own balcony and views to the mountains. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside units. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Villa Karouzi in Tala is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in addition, has wireless internet, and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. Towels are supplied for inside as well as by the pool. A wooden cot and booster seat for the dining chairs can also be provided. The centerpiece of the holiday villa's exterior is a very inviting 8m x 4m private heated pool with roman steps for ease of access. The surrounding areas of the pool comprise of 2 lovely decked areas, one with room for sun loungers (6 supplied) and another above the garage which is equipped with a rattan style sofa set and table (ideal for coffees or drinks whilst admiring the views). A dining terrace, accessed from the internal living areas, is used for alfresco dining and completes this area. The dining terrace has an overhanging ceiling fan for use in the summer months and a patio heater to allow use in cooler off-season evenings also. 2 large parasols are provided for shade as desired. A traditional stone built BBQ is available for use with all equipment supplied for normal or rotisserie style cooking. A large Gas BBQ gives a further choice of outdoor cooking depending on your preference. A clay oven is also available at the rear of the house. Most of the outside areas afford spectacular uninterrupted views of the soothing blue colours of the Mediterranean Sea as well as the surrounding hillside. The pretty flowers, shrubs and trees add to the atmosphere, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the sun or shade. The villa further benefits from a garage allowing any car used to keep cool in Summer. Additional parking is available outside the villa's entrance. The villa is alarmed for your peace of mind. It is incredibly well appointed with everything you could need, including full air conditioning, a heated pool, and a car available for use. The location is ideal, a mere 20 minutes from the airport and close to a number of good restaurants and a good supermarket, with beautiful views across to the sea from the bedrooms, balconies, and the pool area. Martika's Kitchen, Melitzia Tavern, and Voukani Restaurant are excellent restaurants, and Stephanie's is also very good and the closest to the villa. Booking is needed for Martika's and Melitzia. The service provided by LetsRentOnline.com was excellent, with prompt replies and quick responses. Booking the taxi from the airport is a great service and very much appreciated, as is the returning discount. Communications and service with the owner and local managers were also excellent. Duncan and the local property manager Kelvin are very attentive and easily contactable. There is nothing further to add, and no suggestions for improvement.' You are the best I've ever dealt with. Open, honest with excellent communications and never miss one single detail. Excellent as always locally also. Super impressed as last year I suggested having an air fryer. You confirmed one was going to be there this year and indeed it was. Great sized one too. We used it constantly throughout our stay. The only addition I can think of is a Tassimo coffee maker. We use one all the time and they sell the pods in the supermarkets in Cyprus too. Our holiday was THE BEST! Clean, spacious well provided for. Pool was lovely and used several times daily. Views were beautiful, sunsets gorgeous over the sea. Car was a great bonus, used to explore surrounding area, all pretty easy to get to. We ate in using the BBQ several times, but also took advantage of a couple of local restaurants and a little further in Pathos. Would absolutely recommend this villa and Pathos. ##### Susan W. We've had unheated pools before and we've struggled to get the kids to do more than dip their toes in! The villa itself is really well equipped which makes such a difference in terms of self catering, and saved us a lot of money versus eating out which we've had to do more than we would have preferred when staying at less well equipped villas. The level of comfort is spot on, really good sun loungers and chairs, and comfortable beds. Tala itself is quiet and we did miss the buzz of Coral Bay though we visited it frequently thanks to the fantasic car which was a joy to drive. Tala does also boast the cat sanctuary which our daughter insisted we visited on many occasions! Thanks so much for the attential to detail that delivered us a really memorable holiday. ##### richard v. Der Standard ist sehr gut, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und das Haus verfügt über eine sehr anspruchsvolle technische Einrichtung. Es gibt eine tolle Bedienungsanleitung für alles im Haus (perfekt dokumentiert, aber sehr umfangreich). Kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen! Super ist auch der Jeep in der Garage. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Heino T. 12 Jun 2018 #### Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen wirklich unkomplizierten und absolut erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der (saisonional) beheizte Pool ist wirklich ein Highlight. Schön ist es, jederzeit auf das dazugehörige Fahrzeug Zugriff zu haben. Dieses braucht man auch, um diese wunderschöne Insel erkunden zu können. Der kleine Ortskern von Tala ist sehr schön, allerdings sollte man schon gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man diesen ohne Auto besuchen möchte. Unsere Kinder haben den kleinen Springbrunnen auf dem Dorfplatz geliebt und wir konnten sie bei einem Getränk in den anliegenden Tavernen beim Spielen beobachten. In Summe ist die Villa absolut traumhaft und wir empfehlen diese unbedingt weiter. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass es außer einem wöchentlichen Handtuchtausch und einer relativ regelmäßigen Poolreinigung keine ordentliche Reinigung des Hauses während unseres 10-täglichen Aufenthaltes gab. Sämtliche Kommunikation mit dem Betreuungspersonal erfolgt in Englischer Sprache. Dieses war im übrigen immer für uns erreichbar und hat für alles eine schnelle Lösung gefunden. ##### Heino T. Propreté irréprochable, gentillesse du contact sur place ,qui au moindre problème est sur place en 10 minutes, tout est en ordre et nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en grande partie grâce au logement. Quand au véhicule, c'est vraiment un gros plus et il a été pour nous un moyen de découvrir Chypre en toute liberté et avec grande facilité. Le gestionnaire avait même organisé nos transferts vers la villa et l'aéroport.Si je voulais trouver un minuscule point négatif, c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'aspirateur mais c'est vraiment un détail.Pourtant nous étions frileux pour réserver car le gestionnaire ne parle qu'anglais , mais au final nous avons utilisé Google traduction et aucun problème de compréhension, il a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme irréprochable. Vraiment heureux d'avoir réserver cette semaine dans cette belle et grande villa. ##### Johan P. Heated pool a real bonus given time of year and 4 x4 vehicle included allowed for mobility/flexibility when required, although difficult most days to drag the kids away from the pool! Perfect location ... quiet, but not too far from supermarkets/other attractions of downtown Paphos nor from the local store and bars/restaurants in the village. Also handy for Coral Bay/Akamas peninsula in one direction and Polis/Latchi in the other. Restaurant-wise, particularly enjoyed Oniro by the Sea (not far from Coral Bay) and the Peyia Tavern in Peyia. The beer/food at the nearby Aphrodite's Rock Brewery gets an honourable mention as well. Lara Beach great for a day-trip even though the water was a bit nippy (compared to the heated pool). Booking arrangements very easy via Steven at LetsRentOnline.com and local agent Colin was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful.
