Enjoy a large 16-meter swimming lap pool in a quiet area with stunning mountain views of Khao Lak. The home features 3 bedrooms on the second floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite shower, and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom in the corridor. Inside, you'll find a comfortable leather sofa, a 55-inch Smart TV (for Netflix and YouTube), and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms offer mountain views from the balcony, with seating to enjoy the sunrise and drinks. The home also has a coffee machine for unlimited coffee, a 6-step water filter for clean drinking water, and private 500/500 Mbps Wi-Fi for your convenience."

This renovated home is conveniently located near Bang Niang Fresh Market, just 50 meters away, and close to the Khao Lak Bus Stop. It’s also situated near the Kokotel Khao Lak Montana (formerly known as The Khao Lak Mohintara Hotel) to help you easily locate the property. The house is part of the Khao Lak Homeplace compound, only 3 km from the main Khao Lak city, with easy access to Song-taews to get to the city. For assistance, feel free to contact the Kokotel Khao Lak Montana reception.

This rare 3-bedroom home offers a total area of 200 sqm and is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwashing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, utensils, wine opener, pots, frying pan, and more, so you can prepare both light and hearty meals. There is also an espresso coffee machine with coffee provided for you to enjoy throughout the day. For those working remotely, the home features an eco-friendly chair and work table, along with fiber-optic LAN cable (500/500 Mbps private internet) to ensure fast, reliable internet for long hours of work.

The home sits on the largest plot of land in the area (8,600 square feet or 800 square meters), adjacent to the tropical forest in the Khao Lak Bang Niang area. This corner lot offers an open view and is in a very quiet, peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing stay.  
  
4\. Utilities Included  
Electricity and water are included in the booking, so you won’t have to worry about additional expenses during your stay.  
  
5\. Drinking Water  
We provide free drinking water through a high-quality filtration system (please note that tap water in Thailand is not potable). Also, the cooler machine with free 19L drinking water bottle supplied by well-known water supply company.  
  
6\. Swimming Pool  
Enjoy the 16-meter swimming lap pool, complete with sunbeds and a sunbathing area for sunset views.

We do not offer breakfast, but you can easily walk to the fresh market for a variety of options.

We do not provide daily supplies such as tissues, garbage bags, etc. During your stay, you will need to visit the supermarket for these essentials.
