The entire hotel was very spacious and most areas were clean and nice. Children thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Dining options were solid and most of the customers were local. This place specializes in hot spring baths, which are the main attraction. The hotel claims to have strict rules and policies, but when it comes to enforcing them, it’s honestly a joke. The noise levels were unbearable – you can hear every single footstep from the hallway, and if your room is near the elevator, prepare for a nightmare. It was impossible to relax or get any proper sleep. The rooms are outdated, clearly not renovated in years, and there was a horrible smell that made the entire stay uncomfortable. For the price and the way this place is advertised, this was a huge disappointment.
