Pleasant stay!

Room is small but clean. Location was pretty good about 2mins walk to JR shinkansen and bus terminal. Walkable to old town & jinya too. Thumb up!

Staff are super friendly- we dropped off luggage before checkin time and they were moved to the room by the time we checked in. Room is more spacious than regular hotel rooms in Japan. However the building seems old, sound proof is bad, bathroom facilities are below the bar compared to most other hotels in Japan.

我們是訂雙床房加床，空間依然很大，住在3樓，有冰塊可以取用很方便，櫃台服務態度很好，提早/延長寄放行李都沒有問題，樓台還有小小的高山紀念品可以索取，小朋友很開心，2樓還有免費的大眾SPA供住客使用，很貼心，離車站很近，非常方便。
