We booked a smoking room by accident so the room did smell like smoke but that was on us. I appreciate his work very much. From checking in the hotel at around 3 pm, he served me and other customers very well, including room check-in, and also parking. It is unbelievable that he is still on duty at the counter when I check out at 7 am next day (he claimed he has taken a rest). And again, his service isof outstanding quality.
