    "Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful..."

    "Overall it was nice, clean, staff was friendly. It is a bit pricey, not enough English speaking staff, maybe 1 or 2 that understood English. I found the location too far from many places. TV didn’t have any English options, wifi in room was weak. I found restaurant service extremely slow in the morning. Overall it is a nice hotel just a few things that need fixing"
