Safe and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is traditional Chinese breakfast and it is awesome. The parking is not good for late check in visitors because you have to find the available parking spots at surrounding areas but they will pay for parking fee. The parking is no problem if you check in at 3:00 pm. You check in after 7:00 pm you have to look around the parking spot.
