四月來台東的時候也是選擇這家，跟之前的評價一樣，一分鐘步程到7－11及全家，兩分鐘步程到公車站（往來台東市區用），五分鐘步程到台東車站，單是這些條件已經很吸引，也沒有不選的理由。隔音是當然的很好，反正不在市區也沒人沒車。 值得一提，上次是住單人房是另一棟，那邊是有房內電視機的；這是看在錢的份上租了雙床房（更便宜）就沒有房內電視機了，只有大廳電視。 ##### SUNG HEI Stayed 2 在Hotels.cim訂的優惠房，離市中心有一段距離，我住的房間沒有電視機，門面對一樓交誼廳，旁邊還是茶水間和洗衣間，打開窗戶還有一排洗衣機來著，晚上一直到凌晨2點，都有人前前後後、陸陸續續在茶水間或一樓聊天，被吵醒好幾次，加上房間有流水聲，吵的要死，而且杯子蓋著全身發癢，根本無法入睡。一大早服務清潔人員在洗衣間洗衣，馬上又被吵醒，這種品質建議不要入住，真的是惡夢一場，別的地方儘管便宜也不會如此。另外，房間沒有牙刷、刮鬍刀和梳子，必須自備。
