Walk out the front door and be immersed in city life. 1100sq. ft 130 sq meters, 1 master bedroom. 3 bedrooms total 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with western amenities and basic kitchenware, newly furnished apartment A host that is ready to respond to text and calls at most times. Communication and hospitality is definitely our strong points and it is my passion. You should also expect to find an immaculate place with microwave, toaster, tea kettle, dish washing liquid, garbage bags. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet tissue and sufficient towels. Sogo Sweet home is located at the heart of Taipei, across the street from SOGO Department store which Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT is 3 minute underground mall walk and easy reach to most of Taipei landmarks and shopping, located in Daan District. This area is frequented by tourist who want a International and local experience since its a modern building in a historic area, there are many nice restaurants across the street with a huge food court downstairs in SOGO. Bedroom config: Bedroom 1: one double bed (sleepy tofu) Bedroom 2: one double bed Bedroom 3: one double bed \- High speed wireless internet \- 55 HDMI TV with international and local channels \- Kitchen & cooking set (cooker, pan, bowls, plates, etc) Refrigerator, microwave, basic cooking is permitted in the apartment, if you're staying for an extended period of time you'll need to make meals especially with children and elderly, the kitchen is free to use, we don't expect or want you to make large meals if you're staying for a short period to keep the place nice for future guests. \- Washer & dryer \- Refrigerator \- Elevator in building \- 24/7 security guard with CCTV in operation \- Family/Kid Friendly Dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, garbage bags, body wash, shampoo, some tissue, towels. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our upscale community, it's not suited for 6+ people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors. Just steps away from the Blue Line ZhongXiao FuXing MRT station, this is a lovely, spacious apartment. The location can’t be beat-there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And after a long day out, it’s such a relief that the apartment is less than a minute away from the MRT. Has everything you will need for a short stay. Place is very clean with comfortable beds and couches. Lots of outlets for your electronics, towels are provided, and there is a washer and TWO dryers in the unit. Kitchen is sufficient to heat up leftovers or cook instant noodle with all the dishes and silverware that you will need. Not really equipped for cooking full on meals (no exhaust nor staples like oil, salt, sugar), but then why would you need to cook in Taiwan? A/C worked wonderfully in the common area and all 3 bedrooms—-a MUST during the summer in Taiwan. Two bathrooms is a godsend for our family of four. Host is very responsive, came by to fix a fallen shower head holder within a couple of hours even though I said it was fine to wait until we checked out as it is not a big deal. Host can provide airport transport, which they prefer that you use, and it was very convenient and reasonably priced. Nice layout for 2 moms and two 2 tweens who shared a room. Small kitchen but adequate to prepare a few simple meals and snacks. The bedrooms were all good sized with comfortable queen beds and nice linens. The master bathroom was nice but I never went in the other one. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer. What we loved most as the location! Lots of shopping and restaurants close. 3 SOGO's within a few blocks, including Din Tai Fung and food courts. Great grocery store in the basement of one with lots of take out food. Every day grocery store across the street. Very safe and comfortable area to walk around. Every service you can imaging within a few blocks. MRT entrance was 1 block away so we could be anyplace in the city quickly. David was easy to work with.
