This warm suite contains 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom ,can accommodate up to 6 people. It's sure to please a family or a group of friends. The apartment is in a great location. It's less than one minute from Ximen station and all its wonderful attractions 2000sq. ft 1 sq meters, 4 bedroom total 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with western amenities, newly furnished Bedroom config: Bedroom 1 : one king bed and bathroom Bedroom 2: one double bed Bedroom 3: one double bed Bedroom 4: one double bed You can also count on having a host that is ready to respond when asked, hospitality is definitely our strong points and it is my passion. You should also expect to find an immaculate place with microwave, tea kettle, dish washing liquid, garbage bags. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet tissue and sufficient towels. The beds will be made with quality linens at all times. Ximen City living is located at the heart of Taipei, short walking distance from Ximen MRT, famous Ximen District, and easy reach to most of Taipei landmarks and shopping, located in Wanhua District. This area is frequented by tourist who want a local experience in a modern building, there's a Carrefour a few minutes walking distance. There are too many nice places to eat in the Ximending to name, all within walking distance. \- High speed wireless internet \- 55 HDMI TV with international and local channels \- Kitchen & cooking set (cooker, pan, bowls, plates, etc) Refrigerator, microwave, basic cooking is permitted in the apartment, if you're staying for an extended period of time you'll need to make meals especially with children and elderly, the kitchen is free to use, we don't expect or want you to make large meals if you're staying for a short period to keep the place nice for future guests. \- Washer & dryer \- Refrigerator \- Elevator in building \- 24/7 security guard with CCTV in operation \- Family/Kid Friendly Dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, garbage bags, body wash, shampoo, some tissue, towels. Please be noted: Please turn off the light, air-conditioners and any electric equipment while leaving the room just to save the energy. As responsible citizens to Earth we don't provide toothbrushes and other toiletries. We also provide a free baby cot, tub, and chair. IMPORTANT: Describe the nature of your trip, the guests you're traveling with, relationship, and age groups. We'll greet all guests to give a brief introduction and hand over keys, please have a stable form of communication while you're here. Enter the exact amount of guest who'll be staying. No other guests are allowed, if other guests are reported to us by the security your deposit will be forfeited, you'll be asked to leave and you'll be reported to the site, we really want to keep the integrity of the apt and respect neighbors. Elderly and families with small children also live here, if your group is loud and need more freedoms this might not be a good fit. NOTE: This is a 1.7 million USD apt our well to do neighbors want accountability for what we do, plz don't ask for more than 6 people, we realize we could fit 6+ people in this massive apartment. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our upscale community, it's not suited for 6+ people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors. Host was very helpful arranging our airport transportations. The location was perfect, very close to MTR station, lots of shops and restaurants, night markets near by. This is important in Taiwan. We have stayed at places with apartment buildings a few yards away which blocks light and sky. This place has two balconies, one off the master bedroom. The kitchen has two delightful glass doors. One for the balcony with the washer and dryer and the other door closing itself off from the dining room but letting in available light. The place is very modern clean and comfortable. The building has a refined feel including the staff. The landlord has strategically chosen this spot accommodating two subways convening at Ximen MRT - blue and green. Shaved Ice, famous Blue Star chicken and tailor shops line the famous area. On weekends in front of the Red House just behind the building offer ever changing individualized artists rarely seen in Taipei. Bravo to the landlors!!!
