I loved this Hotel! It had a seperate shower and soaking tub that was amazing. I loved it. The bedding was clean and the bed so comfortable

Disappointing
Quite a bad designed single room. The room was not as clean as there was bug flying. They only provide one bottle of mineral water and one towel. The breakfast was the worst, tasteless cake, less variety to choice from.

The service was great. The breakfast was average to poor as the selection was limited and the food was both bland and warm/cold. The sound proofing was average and can clearly hear the cars from outside despite being on a high floor. The TV resolution was poor, like back in the 90s. The sound from the TV in the bathroom was poor. The WiFi was average to poor. The bathtub was great and the bed was comfortable. The bare essentials are there.

Nice hotel located in central Taipei
I picked the hotel because of the location and previous good experiences with the same hotel chain. Location was convenient with a 5 minute walk to the nearest MRT interchange station. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious, clean and had the basic amenities. Even though the room was facing the main road (aka City View Room), traffic noise wasn't too bothersome. However the noise insulation between the room and bathroom of the adjacent room wasn't the best and we could occasionally hear the noise of running water when someone was showering. Breakfast had mostly local items (noodles, stir-fried foods, congee etc.) with some Western items. What was nice is that the items changed partially every morning giving the breakfast more variety when staying a longer time. Service at the reception was swift and they helped us book a bigger van to get to the airport with multiple suitcases.

stayed in the backpacker cabin as I was traveling alone. The room was very small, as expected, but had everything I need. The bath room was actually good size and well-equipped. With the included daily breakfast buffet, it is a good value if you only need the room to sleep at night. I will not recommend the packpacker cabin if you will stay fair amount of time in the room during the day.

The hotel is within walking distance to the MRT station. Very good customer service esp. the staffs working at the front desk. The furniture in the room is dated, the room is too dark. The security lock on the door was broken and it should have been checked to ensure everything is working before new quest checked in. Breakfast was’nt that great.

Extremly not recommended
*Clealines of room - failed due to found cockroach in the wardrobe. *Room amenities - failed due to found aircond doesn't not cool at all after checked by technical, the reason given because hot weather of summer, in the end still not fix the issued only provided a standing fan. Secondly, socket in the room seen danger as after pluged in the cable it seen loose and socket located just both side of bed. Highlighted to staff, it aslo cannot be fix. i seldom give such bad review to a hotel but it really really bad experience of my stay.

Fabulous backpacker room!
Perfect size for a solo traveler like me. Slippers,robe, rainforest shower,toilet seat with spa! The bed was comfy and the duvet lovely. The breakfast was plenty with a freshly ground coffee beans for your Espresso. A good 10mins walk from subway(metro).

Friendly stay
The front desk staff was always helpful & polite, they will greet us every time without failed. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean. The breakfast spread was good but if the hotel could provide porridge everyday, I would be most happy to stay in your hotel again during my next Taiwan trip in May.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.The only thing is the cleaning staff does not do a good job cleaning the room, I left a piece of plastic trash on the floor thinking it will be vacuum by the cleaning staff but when I came back. The trash is still at its original location

Very pleasant stay
I stayed for a week in a single bed room. It is small but well organized. The hotel is located in a very convenient area: tons of bars and restaurants around.

The service is terrible.
The room only have a heater and no air conditioner, and only one room key. A third person needs to be charged extra because we only paid for a two person room. But we didn’t even ask for any extra necessities or extra bed. The front desk staff service is seriously terrible.

Great stay!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was so clean that you won't find a speck of dust on the furniture. The staff are polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. It's near many local eateries, 7-11, Family Mart and of course, the MRT. We didn't run out of choices at all. We also appreciate the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. Great hospitality. We will stay here if we visit again.

Cons: *A bit far from MRT. *The wash basin in the room is too low, not ergonomic friendly. *There was water leakage that wet the carpet outside the bathroom door after shower (still the same after changed to another room at lower floor). *Room is dim and old. Pros: *The breakfast is nice with limited choices. *Room size is okay.Cozy bathtub with TV on the wall. *Not crowded and quiet surrounding. *Easy to access different MRT lines (Red, Blue, Green and Orange) *7-11 just next to the hotel.
