Lovely hotel
my wife and i stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and we really enjoyed our stay here. Although not a 5 star property but this is a quaint hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is close to the reception/dining area and we can hear the noise outside but we didn't really mind and the room itself is quite spacious and aminities are replenished everyday. The location may not be convenient to get to the main attractions in Taiwan but we like the fact that it is surrounded by local food shops and there is a grocer right below the hotel and besides public transpo in taiwan is quite efficient and locals are one of the friendliest that we've encountered. My wife and I are planning to go back to taiwan and we'd definitely be considering this property on our next visit.

Front desk service is friendly and very patient to help us to get familiar with the local bus routes. When HST open next year, it will be a perfect location to stay here.

Hotel was near my work in New Taipei city. It occupied a single floor in a multi story building. You will not see prominent signs for the hotel. The rooms were very clean. Great value for the money.

Happy Stay
The hotel is located at a convenient area, near bus stops and shops. We did have a little problem of finding it initially because it is situated at the fifth floor and up in a large building. The room is nice and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel clerks at the front desk are courteous and very helpful. We have no problem of coming back to this hotel or recommend it to people coming to this area.

Reasonable room rate. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes to choose. Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There is a Walmart-like shopping center in the basement and a food court on the ground floor in the same building. Short bus or taxi ride to downtown Taipei city, the main train station in Taipei, and to 2 nearby subway stations. By mid to late 2019, a new subway line will be in operation, making this hotel within a short walking distance to the subway system. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel. Good value and location.
Decent hotel with a few parking spots, comfortably sized rooms and free wifi. Excellent service, supportive staff and good breakfast. Convenient to public transportation and shopping. Not too far from Taipei City. The hotel is on the 5th floor and a little hard to find at first. Some rooms have no windows though.

Great rooms but not too great location
Very comfortable room. But can't open windows to enjoy the cool air. Hotel amenities are great although the building looks pretty old from outside.

Happy stay for 3 days at Grace Hotel
A very cosy place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was ok, can be improved. A big supermarket located in the same building right in the basement levels makes it very convenient. This hotel is located on the 5th floor of the building and it may not be obvious when you reach the building. The lift is located on the right side of the building when you are looking at the building from the main road. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our stay. A big thank you to the staff especially those at the front desk. They are so helpful and friendly. Thanks guys, great job!! :)

Happy with the room and hotel. Clean but was bothered a little by the smell which may be the disinfectant or cleaning chemical they used. Room wifi on 5th floor is strong. Not too close to train and MRT station. The Banqio THSR and TRA station is NTD190 ride by taxi.

Convenient, clean and great location!
Grace Hotel was great! It's about a 20 minute walk to the YongAn MRT. It was right across the street from a Yonghe Dou Jiang, right above Decathalon and a supermarket. It was also a 15 minute walk to Costco, 10 minute walk to Carrefour. Plenty of taxis in front of the hotel. Hotel was quiet despite being on a busy street. Loved the location and the hotel. Great amenities in the hotel. They had a lovely natural Olive shampoo and bodywash that smelled amazing! Love this hotel! Will definitely be back!

Nice place, great people.
Clean, modern boutique style room. Adequately big. Super nice, helpful staff at all hours, took care of any needs immediately. Good location, close enough to reach anywhere in the city easily, but away from the incredibly crowded downtown crush of people and traffic. We are staying there again when we return from an off island trip.

My family absolutely loved this hotel. It's spanking new, spacious and modern. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. The hotel room is comfortable and clean. There's nothing negative except for slightly inconsistent WIFI which was promptly resolved by the staff. The location is also very near to the famous Yonghe Doujiang (soymilk) eatery.
