There is no reception at the desk. There is a phone outside the apartment to verify your details before they give you the pin to enter the apartment. After that, use the phone inside to verify details and collect room card. This hotel is literally 5 steps away from the train station. Which makes this place super convenient.

Excellent stay!hassle free late night check -in!you can just jump from MRT exit 4 MRT Minquan West Road Station and you are right in front of its door..so convenient!! 24 hr convenient stores, McDonalds, watsons and good breakfast options around! will definitely book this next time

Great and convenient location with lots of food choices nearby. Stayed a total of 3 nights and the bed was made everyday. Bottled water and slippers are replenished every single day too. However, do note that there is no front desk with an actual person, so it is very troublesome should there be any issues with the room. Check-in have to be done through the phone, and baggage storage will be at your own risk. Furthermore, the washroom is really small, so you will definitely get the whole place wet after a shower. Room is tiny too; it is hard to fully open a luggage. Having said that, the location is a huge plus point for anyone traveling mainly via the mrt since it is situated just directly outside Exit 4 of the station.

The room it’s across a small alley from the metro. It’s perfect for oneperson as it is tiny. My room was on the 5th floor with the main window facing the metro but was still quiet. The walls had dents and were dirty. They need to be repainted. Everything else was in good condition.

Great Value for Money
The single room sure was tiny but was clean and had a dehumidifier that came in handy on rainy days. I was really grateful that the hotel didn't require any cash deposit.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. Great location, clean, fast WiFi and everything you need though in a compact space. It is literally right next to the subway station so was very convenient. The space was tight but had everything we needed and everything looked new and clean. The only confusing thing is checking in initially as there is no person, you just pick up the phone outside the building and then another phone inside to get your key

Quiet and near MRT Minquan Station Exit 4
check in by using provided phone at the apartment. Nice, quiet, small but such a unique place. When i tried to open the blinds to look outside, huge dust flew every where. I had to use wetnaps to clean all the dust. Please dust windows, blinds, curtains and vacuum the flood and silk plants. We were choking with dust if we touch the wrong place. However, i would stay here again for its location, price and not a hotel busy feeling.

Too many good things about this hotel! First it's right outside the train station exit, literally. Despite the description saying limited housekeeping everything was perfectly clean, price was offered to me at a third of normal price because they didn't keep a 24hr front desk, but I still checked in after hours from their intercom. Very pleased with this purchase!

This hotel is just in front of the metro (Minquan W. station exit 4) so it is very convenient. One thing I need to remind you is that there is no actual reception; you need to dial from the phone provided. Howver, the staff are there to answer and help you out. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel regarding that the price is very reasonable and the service they provide is impeccable.

In a very convenient location, super close to the MRT MinquanXilu station. (Literally in front of the MRT exit.) Reasonable price! I think they don’t have laundry in the amenity but I was very satisfied with my stay there.

This is a self-serviced hotel that is in the heart of Taipei. Literally steps away from the MTR station. Rooms are small but washroom was decent sized. Very simple facade.

Good location
The hotel is literally in front of Minquan West Road station Exit 4, just to the right of an umbrella shop. It's important to check the address because there is nothing outside to let you know you've arrived at the hotel (no banner, it looks just like any regular apartment building). Check-in is done by phone. There is someone guarding the key cards, but I believe she is only there​ to clean the room and isn't really a receptionist. The room is interesting; bathroom is on the first floor while the bedroom is on the second floor. Everything was very clean and seemed new. AC worked perfectly fine for the bedroom, but since the bathroom is downstairs, cool air didn't really reach it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nicely located on the red subway line, close to Shillin Night Market, Taipei Main station and Taipei 101 station.

Pros and cons
Let's do pros and cons here. The pros: literally right in front of exit 4 of the metro station. You cannot miss it. Easy enough to find if you're coming from the airport, as after the airport express it's only one line (red line) and you're here. Nice little local neighbourhood market with tons of fresh fruits and vegetables. There's a cafe not far which offers great coffee and several convenience shops nearby. The place itself is very small, but comes equipped with a tiny fridge and a very clean bathroom. The beds are very comfortable; there are TVs (yes, 2 as we were in the twin room), a strong AC (too strong really), but it was nice and you can tell housekeeping staff has done a great job in keeping the place VERY CLEAN. The cons: if you come at night by the airport bus, it's a bit hard to find as the streets can be hard to navigate. If you take the cab ask them to drop you right in front of exit 4. We were lucky to find a local who helped us at 2 am! The rooms are VERY tight - do not expect big luggages to fit, but there are spaces underneath your bed. The beds were big enough, but the stairs to climb up the bunk bed was not the easiest. Very few hooks, would have been great to have more hooks on the wall or inside the bathroom to hang clothes. Walls are very thin but we were lucky enough to have neighbours who respected one another's privacy and peace.

The room as very small but it was new, clean with a very comfortable bed. The check in process went smoothly. It is located just right across a narrow street from the metro. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area. We certainly recommend this as a great lodging place.

Nice hotel
Room is a bit small, more like a business hotel, but it is more than ok if all you want is a place to lay down after a long day of traveling. The location is very good, just across the street from the exit 4 of Minquan station, very convenient if you travel by metro. The bus stop is very close to the hotel, just about 100-150 meter. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Taipei.

Don't expect to meet any staff
I was quite surprised to arrive at this accommodation as there isn't any sign saying 'Metro Apartment'. It was just an ordinary apartment with a locked door. Follow instructions stated on the entrance and call the staff to provide you with a pin to unlock the door into the apartment (this pin changes daily so if you're staying for more than a night, don't be surprised that the pin is different and you can't get into the apartment. call staff over the phone to check pin at entrance). To check in, you are required to provide your personal information over the phone and you will be given instructions on where to get your room key. Overall, rooms are clean, space is sufficient for a budget stay. I had really good sleep during my 2 nights here- I think the beds are really good personally. Recommended for travellers who wants a fuss free, simple, comfortable accommodation to live during their stay in Taiwan, location is directly outside train station.

Recently I stayed there for many nights. I like classic double room. Excellent location,just in front of MRT Minquan West station ext.4.,only house number No "Metro apartment"sign .Many restaurants ,convince stores and buses stop are very close by. Newly furnished,The room was very small but well designed and the use of space was very efficient.Elevator in the building. Very friendly staffs,provide housekeeping ,new bottles water very day. I like the bathroom shower but the floor got wet after shower. Sometimes,I heard noises from streets and other rooms but not bother me too much. No reception and luggage store services. Love the location very much!

Stayed a night, check-in was fast (just a few minutes over the phone) and staff was courteous. No reception but that's fine,staff is easily reached on a 24hr phone. Lots of food options nearby, just next to the mrt station (exit 4) , very convenient to get around. Room is simple and well-furnished with the basic amenities. All is good except ceiling is abit Low, and I'm about 1.6m tall so those taller might have to watch their heads. Bathroom is clean but has a strange smell, I wonder if it's because I'm on level 1. my room has a staircase leading to a loft queen bed, cozy and nice. Space may be a bit small over all for families but which is fine for a solo Traveller like myself. Overall good stay for the cost.

Small yet nice, clean and comfy.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights a few days ago and I have a lot od good things to say about this hotel. The hotel's location is top notch as it is next door to the train station. It is more like an apartment than a hotel as it is self service and you just need a quick phone conv to confirm your check-in. You can also check out anytime without any staff interaction. The place is small, when I entered the room, There was a bed a little space to move around but it didn't bother me as I stayed there alone. The bed and pillows are firm and sheets are very comfortable. There was a mounted tv to save space. Washroom is spacious, clean and good quality shampoo/body wash has been provided. If I were to nitpick I would say I don't like that the AC has a prominent blue light(on top of your bed) which disturbs my sleep as it lits the room. Also I am 5'6.5" and my head is almost at the ceiling of the elevator so if you're taller you might have a problem with this.
