1.辦理入住時，旅行業者（或是長期合作的熟客，總之對方身分不確定）排在後方同時要辦理入住手續，櫃檯直接先處理對方的業務，且當時櫃檯不單單只有一個人在辦理業務。 2.入住手續辦妥後，有工作人員協助帶入房，安排入住的房型是他們口中可以看到水庫風景的房型，此房型建築物並沒有電梯可搭乘，需由隔壁的建築搭乘電梯到二樓後，從連通走廊走回原建築物後再徒步爬樓梯上樓，非常不便民。
