The hotel is great. Nice people and in a good location if you like especially some night market walks. It's near to a large department store too which has a fantastic food court!

I felt the staff at the front desk need to be more courteous and patient with professional training. The staff said I am not the guest there with impatient attitude when my relative came to the front desk twice to looking for me in the morning on/about 7:30 am on my check out date. At that moment , coincidentally, I came out the front desk elevator and witnessed the situation.

The good thing is the hotel room is bigger than other same rate hotel. The down size is the central air temperature is controlled by the hotel and can’t have much cold air. The lobby air conditioner temperature is high feel suffocated.

櫃檯人員的服務還不錯，價位合理 另外合作的一中益民停車場 Qr 掃描系統常常無法一次感應成功，需要多次掃描才能進出，確實花費了一些時間。房間安排在8樓，環境相對安靜舒適，但有個小小的不便之處，就是必須先到4樓轉換電梯才能抵達1樓大廳，動線設計稍嫌不便。整體來說生活機能非常方便，步行即可抵達一中夜市，晚上逛街採買都很輕鬆 附近有很多東南亞觀光客來訪 浴室備品方面，提供洗髮精、沐浴乳，以及浴巾和毛巾，但並不供應拋棄式的牙刷牙膏等個人物品。不過有皮製的拖鞋與掛衣架，設計感不錯。房間燈光明亮，不會有昏暗的感覺，冷氣稍微不夠涼但還算可接受。一大床確實很大，睡起來很舒適。冰箱內放有兩瓶礦泉水，抽屜裡也貼心準備茶包、小零食、三合一咖啡以及一個塑膠袋，整體算是貼心的安排。

Great location!

We picked this hotel so we can walk to the memorial service venue. Price is reasonable, though breakfast is not the usual buffet style due to pandemic situation. The location is great, we took a bus from the HSR station directly to the hotel. There is a night market, traditional market, as well as lots of shops nearby. Because it's on a busy street, not exactly the most quiet place, but also not as noisy as expected. Staff was very helpful and attentive, friendly and professional. AC was not very strong but works. Nice powerful shower head. We didn't like having the light switches and power outlet on the headboard, which was not as convenient to turn on/off; also didn't like the big light over the head of the bed. Room was clean, though the lamp was dusty and there were some unknown "dirt" on the bathroom wall. Overall a nice stay and would consider staying here again.

早餐有待改善

我們是吃素的，昨天櫃檯登記幾點可以吃早餐，以為調查時間會另外準備，結果沒有額外準備，問服務人員，服務人員說蛋奶素在bar台，但是bar台上也沒食物，只剩吐司，bar台上也沒標示清楚哪些是素食，補食物的速度太慢，有些人沒有東西可以吃，早餐和幫吃素者準備有待加強
