They provided complimentary good breakfast. They were well aware of our request for a quiet room due to our little one and gave us the best quiet room. Staff were friendly and answer our questions. The only thing we noticed is most of their customers are couples and no other families. Which is totally fine. I booked their family room and had. A good night sleep. My parent have a good soft bed while the bunkbed a bit hard, but still bareable. The two ladies that checked me in was really helpful. They helped me to booked last minute trip to sun moon lake and cingjing farm. They also helped me to request an arrangement to transfer me back to HSR train as I have to move to kaohsiung after the trip. It wouldn’t be as smooth if they had not helped me.
