I booked their family room and had. A good night sleep. My parent have a good soft bed while the bunkbed a bit hard, but still bareable. The two ladies that checked me in was really helpful. They helped me to booked last minute trip to sun moon lake and cingjing farm. They also helped me to request an arrangement to transfer me back to HSR train as I have to move to kaohsiung after the trip. It wouldn’t be as smooth if they had not helped me.
