For the price, amenities are lacking. 1\. Laundry room equal 1 household washer, and a dryer in which staffs warned would take a long time to dry. Not ideal for travelers. Staffs recommended a laundromat down the street. 2\. They don’t offer phone transfer to your room. It was hard for me to reach my elderly mother who was resting in the room while I was out and tried to call her. This was quite odd and never experienced in my years of hotel stays. 3\. Bed Bugs!!! Be warned. I told management and response was they would call exterminator. No compensation for all the bites on my body.
