Room is tiny though. It's near the Taichung train station so it is convenient if you are using public transportation. There is a small mall near it. Lots of dining options around. I especially like the japanese resto beside it. Door is about 2-3 feet to the bed. Staffs were overall friendly and nice, but there is no hand soap in the bathroom. We were told to use the baby wash to wash our hands; which by the way is secured inside the shower stall and can’t be moved. The WiFi is super slow and can’t be used for work at all.
