Refund took a few days. But the hotel personnel were very helpful. They said that it was due to wrong information from hotels.com. Whatever it is, it was a distressing situation. Else, it was a nice hotel. It is however located in a quiet alley. With a 'do not disturb' light on my door, a lady still knocked on my dpor and asked me if I needed room ssrvice. 2\. The receptionists were overall rude. They looked like untrained or not properly supervised. When I asked questions at the front deak, they seemed to reply me in a hurry. 3\. I was toold the check-out time is 11 am. But at 10:40 am the front desk 'reminded' me again which is unnecessary and a bit disturbing. It is a small hostel. In comparing to the price, I have stayed in other Taichung hotels with much better quality.
