Beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise given most hotel beds in Taiwan are hard and pillows are like rocks. They spoke Japanese along with Chinese and English. There were snacks, water and tea available in the lobby. The place was a bit outside of city center however a very comfortable stay. I just wish they had more dressers in the room.
