客服很差。早餐的菜餚是冷的。住宿房間wifi不通，跟櫃台反應，只告訴我該樓層的wifi壞掉了，沒有其他任何的處理。另外，浴室洗澡水水溫過高，不容易調到適當的溫度。櫃檯的反應是從來沒有人反應過這樣的問題。甚至還告訴我，自己也住在飯店裡，應該沒有這樣的問題。最後，早上退房的時候，在我第一天就已經結清住宿費的狀況之下，告訴我還需要加付兩百多塊。我質疑之後，確認了一下才說帳目不太清楚，所以我其實不用付。服務水準完全與其星級不相符。令人瞠目結舌。 雖然有其他旅客在房內抽菸，但警報器有響起。走廊不時瀰漫煙味，還好房內的空氣清新獨立。因為有帶一歲以下的孩童入住，有索取嬰兒床與嬰兒澡盆，工具相當齊全，服務態度也很好。房內冷氣不冷(要等蠻長一段時間)，早餐用餐的服務員的制服不統一也造成旅客識別的小困擾(但服務相當及時與妥善)。有按摩沙發、腳底按摩池與健身房(附淋浴間與廁所)設施維護相當好。 ##### Verified traveller However, the rooms were comfortable and clean. I think the hotel should put more interest in the breakfast as it was a low-point in my trip.
