Room 535 has some sort of pump or compressor outside or above it that goes on for 60 seconds every 15 minutes, which is very annoying when you're trying to sleep. Staff were great. The bed size is large and comfortable. However, we do notice someone intentionally scratch the inner side of the elevator door. Also, the drainage in the shower room could be improved by slightly adjusting the level of the floor to speed up the water dissipation.
