More importantly, the evacuation routes on each floor were not clearly marked, which raised safety concerns. During our stay, the toilet in our room broke down twice. After requesting a room change, the new room had a very poor layout—the toilet was only about three feet from the bed. In addition, the bed was not a standard size and was much shorter than expected. However, cleanliness can be improved: 1. Pee stains on toilet bowl 2. Musty smell from aircon 3. Washing machine and dryer was unusable cause it’s filthy.
