After speaking with the staff, I was given another room, but that one had a musty smell and a leaking shower area. It was a terrible experience. If I hadn’t been exhausted after a full day of traveling, I would have taken my luggage and gone straight to another hotel. I had briefly checked the reviews before booking, but when I arrived and saw a sign in the elevator offering a gift for leaving a good review, I finally understood where all those “positive” ratings came from. Photos are a little deceiving. The room I had (807) did not have enough lighting so it was dark. There was no space to layout our clothing for the stay. There was no electrical socket in the bathroom so couldn’t blow dry or style hair in there. And there was no mirror in the main area when you did dry your hair there. No towel hooks & bad bathroom lighting .Shower partition was not long enough so water sprayed into the bathroom area.
