Interesting though confusing place. Rooms are big and comfy and hotel locations’ good. But it’s very dark in there - lobby, breakfast room, amenities: no windows whatsoever. Rooms do have windows but there is like 15 different switches to turn on and off the lights and that’s still did not allow me to turn off an armoire (?) or a spot in the bathroom window. When you do turn them off, they turn on by themselves a bit later. I guess you want to have the staff explain that to you or just remove the main card to power the whole room off. So it’s an experience, in any case. Not bad but still different 😆

Clean good sized room (Premier King Room), with a nice bath and shower area looking out over the ocean. Also appreciated the 'eco/green' efforts with no consumable toiletries and no bottles of water but water refill machines on every floor. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful service. Loved the spacious room and the garden balcony view was excellent. The buffet breakfast and dinner was also delicious. I loved doing yoga overlooking the gorge... amazing! The Wilderness School tour was also very interesting and my children enjoyed the archery a lot. Only wish ...
