We loved the property, pool, kitchen and hot tub. I highly recommend it.

The hotel / Condo complex/ announcement in the web site / they said they have access to Incline beach which it’s not true they don’t have an agreement to enjoy that beach and also they said they have playground they don’t have on site the pictures are not real. They need to picture the real Condos site The # 91 condo it’s located on street and away from the club house and pool .

We stayed at this hotel knowing that construction was ongoing, and we understood that some amenities would not be available during our stay. That was not an issue, as it was clearly communicated before booking. What was disappointing was that housekeeping service was not provided during our stay, which was not made clear to us in advance. Our room was never serviced, our bed was not made, and towels were not refreshed. When we needed additional towels or assistance, we had to call housekeeping, and it was often difficult to reach someone. We also ordered room service for dinner from the hotel restaurant, and unfortunately the food quality was very poor. The meal tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared and was not what we expected. Overall, our experience was just okay. While we understand that construction can impact hotel operations, the lack of housekeeping service and poor dining experience were disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until the construction is completed and normal services are fully restored.

Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less.

Good location. Walk to heavenly village. Pretty much self service, good place to stay for the price
