Our goal is to provide more than a beautiful home—we provide a professionally managed Tahoe stay from arrival through departure. The Tahoe Treehouse is professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared before every guest arrives, with fresh, professionally laundered sheets, towels, and bedding throughout the home. Beds are made using our hot iron-pressed sheets and 3-sheet bedding technique for a consistently fresh, comfortable stay.



Families will appreciate the dedicated bunk room, high chair, Pack-n-Play, children's dinnerware, and white noise machine, along with the home's spacious layout, large backyard, Smart TVs, board games, and hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy real meals (just bring the food!), and we provide essential supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and more.



For convenience, the home offers direct entry, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 2-car garage, EV charging, and daily snow removal as needed during winter. Mid-stay cleaning is also available upon request.

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire property during your stay, including the spacious backyard, patio, and garage. The only area we ask you not to access is the locked owner shed located in the back of the property. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the private hot tub, the fully equipped kitchen, and all the indoor living spaces as if they were your own.

Getting Around:

The Tahoe Treehouse is best accessed by car, allowing you the flexibility to explore the beautiful surrounding mountains and lake towns at your own pace. For those driving electric vehicles, we provide a Juicebox Enel X charger directly on the property for your convenience. You will have access to a two car garage and additional driveway parking, with a maximum of three vehicles allowed. Please note that parking on the road is strictly prohibited. While public transportation options in the Tahoe area are limited, ride sharing services are available. The property is located approximately sixty miles from Reno Tahoe International Airport, which is the closest major transit hub.
