This newer home is fantastic – From the forest-lined views, 2 car garage, updated interior, and grand chef’s kitchen, this home has all you’ll need for your next Tahoe getaway! • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN • PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted. • NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided. • PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted. • DISCLOSURES: \*NO SMOKING \*MINIMUM Renter Age Requirement: 25 years \*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area. \* Some amenities offered are seasonal. The upper floor of the home is an open-concept living area with a great kitchen with a mix of granite and butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and new dishware, pots, and pans. There’s a separate dining area with a custom table that transitions into the living area with a gas fireplace, large wall-mounted television with streaming cable, and two plush couches for comfort. There are two decks off this living area, one at the front and one at the rear with a gas grill. The home features 3 bedrooms on two separate levels. The master suite is also upstairs overlooking the backyard and has a lot of privacy. This oversized master features a log king bed and an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The next two bedrooms are both on the lower level and house a queen bed in one room and a twin bunk in the second. There’s a shared full bathroom between the two rooms downstairs as well as a separate laundry room with a washer and clothes dryer. The home also has a 2-car garage and plenty of driveway parking. The location is central with easy beach, hiking, and skiing access. Quiet but close to town with nearby walking trails. Full kitchen amenities and grill on the deck for cooking. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the house made our experience less than enjoyable. Carpets, rugs, windows and ceiling fans (SO dusty), needed a deep cleaning. Some of the windows wouldn’t open and some window/door screens were missing. Ants were crawling around the downstairs bathroom; mouse droppings could be found along the walls and there was a hole in the outside wall from a woodpecker.
