"Wonderful room with kitchen, porch, and cozy fireplace. The layout and space of the room was perfect for our trip. The kitchen cabinets did need new paint and the bathroom door needed to be replaced. But everything was comfortable and the staff was helpful."

"Came to Tahoe to celebrate my Mom’s 75th birthday. There were 8 adults and 2 kiddos. Beautiful house! Stunning views! We were all very happy with our stay!"

"We loved our stay, guy who works front at night, friendly and amazingly nice, gave everyone his full attention and assistance. Used the firepits both nights, made smores, met some great people, even had a bear get into our trunk, even though we took all food out as asked! (no damage done) It was really nice having the bar for beer and wine as we didn't have to leave for drinks. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and the lake is right across the road. Our room was nice and large with great amenities, frig, coffee, tea, ice chest and large tv. My only complaint is I'd like to see the old carpet exchanged for hard wood floors as the carpet was pretty stained up."

"While the property is beautiful and well equipped with tp, paper towels etc and it is in a great location, there were some issues. It was pricy, and so we did not expect to see problems…mostly in the area of needed TLC.There were many missing light bulbs, tattered shade on the living room lamp, broken blinds in almost every room. The ice maker did not work at all, and the living room furniture was very worn and uncomfortable to get into and out of.. there ere no teaspoons in the kitchen, and only two of the pendant lights over the island worked. This made it dark for cooking etc..Maybe my error but I did expect a lakefront view, which we did not have."

"Great property, the area is Quiet, close to Tahoe City, and the beach access was the best part. Parking is easy. Our host was very accommodating. We ran into a small issue 5 days into our 7 night stay when the HOA decided it was time to paint the building and the owner was not aware. We did end our vacation early, but Greg was great and provided a monetary refund for our inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The private beach access was definitely one of our favorite parts of the property. The kitchen and living room provided plenty of space for our group of 12 to cook, socialize, and spend time together comfortably. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable.The property is beautiful and worked really well for a larger group. We had a great experience and would definitely come stay again!"
