  • Are you looking for a Lakeview unit in one of the best lakefront townhome complexes in North Lake Tahoe? This is it. This unit was the choice of the architect back in 1973 and has been in the family since 1975. The Northshore has one of the best beaches and piers that one can find at Lake Tahoe on 26 acres of land. Renters may access the private beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a large lawn which is all just steps from the condo. The condo is also stocked with HD plasmas which includes premium movie channels, 50 top DVDs and high-speed WiFi. If you're looking for an upscale private and quiet get-a-way with your family and/or friends, this opportunity is tough to beat!

The Northshore

Anyone who likes lake access should stay here. It's a great cabin/townhouse with a private stretch or beach and a pier. So simple to relax and play on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Thanks.

Rented this unit for a family reunion. The location and amenities of the development are superb. While the unit is dated, it had everything we needed for our 5 day stay and we were very comfortable there. Spent a lot of time at the beach/lake, pickleball, short drive to Tahoe City and Truckee River rafting and wonderful restaurants. Greg was very responsive to my questions and any concerns I had. The listing description appears to be old and after one of our conversations he updated the listing description immediately and added back in the premium TV channels. Thank you, Greg, for making our stay so wonderful.

Thanksgiving Stay

Loved the dining room/ living room area. Made ideal for lounging while others played games and built gingerbread houses at the dining table. Beds were comfy… the kitchen was stocked with the cookware needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner including a meat thermometer. Enough dishes to set dinner table as well. On negative thing to mention is the kitchen a little small to fit three of us… but we knew that from the pictures. The immediate area is cute too… Safeway and CVS about a seven minute drive. And we walked the strip that had a bookstore, a few art galleries and consignment stores. Overall had a positive experience.

We had a wonderful vacation in this house! We love that everyone has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The pool was great and the outdoor space too. It was spacious and roomy with lots of choices for outdoor seating to eat or just hang out. Beach cart and umbrellas was nice to take to the beach. Kitchen was great and well supplied. Great floor plan, awesome location with access to the private beach, pool, sports courts, easy drive into town. However, the home itself left a bit to be desired. The home is in need of a deep clean, everything felt a bit dingy. Many window coverings were non-operable. Some higher quality bedding would definitely be an improvement. The shower heads are meant for those under 5 feet tall- not a deal breaker, but not great if your guests are taller. The home has incredible potential with just a few tweaks.

We had a wonderful time at this condo which fit 7 people very comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utencils, glasswear, dishes. Coffee pot, blender and other small appliances, which i fully appreciated. All beds and sofas were comfortable, except for the queen bed on the 3rd floor. The mattress needs to be replaced. There is a total of 4 floors, so lots of stairs. I'm not sure when the condos were built but there pretty much all the same, a bit dated, with the Tahoe vibe. When we arrived we found the condo very clean. All bathrooms had folded toilet paper and the kitchen, as other areas, were ready for our arrival. There are a total of 3 bathrooms which worked out well for the 7 of us. The patio was very large and had seating for all as did the dining room. We were able to share meals together in each area and play boardgames. Communication with the host was fantastic! He responded to each question i had in a timely manner. Must give this place 5 stars! We LOVE TAHOE!!
