Our house is in a central spot close to parks, trails, ski resorts, lakes, beaches, and restaurants. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy feel, and beautiful views. You can rent the house as a 3-, 4-, or 5-bedroom. The default price listed is for a 3-bedroom (sleeping 8 in beds). Please enquire if you want more bedrooms. Bedrooms can be added or removed up to 48 hours before check-in.
The nightly rate is $800 for three bedrooms sleeping 8, $900 for four bedrooms sleeping 11, and $1000 for five bedrooms sleeping 12. The cleaning fee is $400 for three bedrooms, $450 for four bedrooms, and $500 for five bedrooms per stay. There is an additional tourism tax of 12%
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. The kitchen opens to a large custom table that seats up to 10 people and has filtered views of the lake and Eagle Rock. The kitchen also leads to a deck, furnished for relaxing or barbecuing, with a table and chairs available in the summer.
The living room is next to the kitchen and has a large sofa for reading, watching TV, or playing board games.
All three bedrooms are separated to give you privacy and quiet.

Second unit for 4 and 5-bedroom rental:
= > Master 3 has a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed. A sofa that opened into a comfortable queen-sized bed (linen for the sofa upon request). Bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

The garden is fully fenced, which is rare in the Tahoe area and helpful if you have children or a pet.
The yard faces south and includes a horseshoe run and a fire pit for evenings outside. You can also relax in the hot tub after a hike, a day on the lake, or time on the slopes. Aspens, maples, poplars, and pines provide shade in the summer. We set out chairs and a summer sofa in late spring after the snow is gone.
There is portable air conditioning in the top master bedrooms. All rooms have windows on every side and fan towers to help keep the air moving.
The house is part of the private, gated Lake Park Homeowner Association. You get access to over 800 feet of private beach, a children’s park, volleyball and basketball courts, boat docking, bocce ball, a horseshoe pit, BBQs, picnic tables, and more.
You can bring one dog per stay for a $100 fee if you inquire first.
