Five Stars isn’t enough. This was truly the best experience a traveler, tourist, guest should get while staying in a Hotel. Staff was amazing, very friendly, very accommodating. The one concierge, Ivan was the best. Resolved any issues not in minutes, seconds and was able to coordinate a smooth transition that enhanced my family’s vacation while in the Philippines. I can’t recommend any higher than Metro Centre. 5 Stars? The highest I can give, the best I received. Parking is alright. I stayed in the newly built building, more space, nice beddings, clean white towels, the old hotel building wasn’t as spacious. They have buffet the food are delicious and different dish every other day. Check in was easy, staff kind polite and hospitable.
