No hate :) I booked this hotel thinking of our early flight the next day since this is very near the old airport. It was already too late when I found out that the old airport is no longer operational. The location is okay. It's near the 2nd branch of Gerarda's. The building is old and it seems to have been repurposed several times. No elevator as far as I know. Good thing we were assigned to a room on the ground floor. The hall way to our room was dingy, dirty and a little creepy. It seems like they knocked down the walls of what used to be a bathroom to give hall way a better breathing space but the tiled floor and drainage is still there. No double lock on the door so I didin't really feel secured. The bathroom was relatively clean but the still were some mold/mildew between the tiles. The very old bathroom mirror reminded me of the mirror in my great grandmother's house. The beds were okay. The sleeping area was clean. Our room was just by the backdoor of the building and there was a swing that looked promising if it were not for the dirty looking pants hanging there. All the basic necessities were given which was enough for us. They also gave an extra mile when they helped us out in looking for a different room suitable for a mobility-challenged elderly.
