Good price, good WiFi
Price was good, service was good, WiFi and tv worked good....we were stuck in room for almost 2 fill days because of typhoon so it was nice to have good WiFi and decent movies to watch. Room needs some repair, small bathroom, noisy location

It was nice and relaxing. The place is quite in the center of tourist destinations. You won't feel crowded even if all the rooms are occupied. The air conditioning is superb! The rooms are clean which is ver importan.

accessible and relaxing place to stay
We have stayed at Lazea a few times and it is still a go-to place for a relaxing weekend or holiday. It has enough parking space, a nice ambiance with native decors and gardens, it is quiet within the property and the staff are friendly. Rooms and beddings are clean. For a small hotel, the features and service are great (it is not a 5-star hotel so don't expect 5-star hotel features).

Simple hotel with superb service
We booked the room for three early this March and the place was pretty much how it was advertised in Expedia. It was fairly easy to find and although the area surrounding it was a little off-putting (because it was a market and nearby was the jeep/tricycle parking lot) the hotel itself was very homey and pleasant. They close the gates at night for extra security. It was relatively quiet the rest of the day although there was a group of other guests who decided to drink and had no consideration for the other guests whatsoever,especially since it was after midnight. This was raised to the supervisor and we were told that the group asked for permission for team building but were allowed only until 9pm. Also,drinking was not allowed. I feel that the guard on duty should've been more strict about this. Perhaps he also shouldn't be alone? Overall, the staff was AMAZING. They waited on us hand and foot and were very attentive to our needs. Food took was worth the wait and the unlimited coffee was a definite plus.

Lazea Hotel is cozy, clean with very nice staff who attends to all your needs and they're soo friendly. Food is good and we enjoyed the overflowing coffee anytime of the day! We will be back there!

There is hot water
The room was comfortable and the hotel personnel were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The bathroom was so small that one could only close the door by stepping into the shower, but it worked. And contrary to the other reviews, there is hot water in the shower, but you have to understand how to properly use the water heater. Notably, the amount of water flowing into the heater needs to be reduced or the heater will be overwhelmed by the amount of cold water flowing into it and it will not be able to produce hot water.

Room uncomfortable with a bad layout.
The exterior matches the photo's and the staff is nice. However I was not brave enough to eat out of there kitchen. Our room with the qween sized bed. Well lets just say my wife refused to sleep in the room she slept on the bunks.

꽃을 사랑하고 정원을 가꿀줄 아는 주인의 심성이 잘 담긴 쉼터다. 몇발짝 걸어 오르면 호수와 화산을 볼수 있고 기회가 되면 다시 찾고싶은 곳이다. 호텔이라기 보다는 펜션 냄새가 더 어울리는 곳이다.
