Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 130 m² house in Taden, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room (with decorative fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- An 80 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fibre optic), fireplace (decorative) and sofa.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- A study area.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190).
- Bathroom with shower and bath.
- Shower room with shower.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful unfenced garden of around 1,000 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Taden, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Sightseeing, hiking, various water sports activities, cruises - there are plenty of activities and visits on offer.

Family Holiday

We booked our stay at Tour des Alleux as it looked a beautiful house, both inside and out and it didn't disappoint. There are three spacious bedrooms (one has a shower room) and a large living area plus spacious dining room/kitchen, with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and lots of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. There is a bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet, plus a utility room with a washing machine. There is space to park and the garden has apple trees and a large lawn with table and chairs. I would definitely recommend it.

Nous avons séjourné à 3 dans la location. Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée, pas d'état des lieux, pas de caution. Nous avons cherché la boite à clés un moment car dissimulée dernière un buisson de rosier dont l'accès etait difficile.Nous avons envoyé un message à la personne qui gère la conciergerie sur WhatsApp et sms portable sans réponse pendant une semaine.Nous avons dû la rappeler.Pour faire le point avec elle car nous etions surpris du manque de propreté compte tenu de la prestation ménage qui est assez élevée( grilles du four non nettoyées, égouttoir à nettoyer, vitres donnant sur le jardin sales....)Le ménage était limite même si la demeure est grande ce qu'on peut comprendre....Toaster déficient, lumière de la salle de bain attenante à la chambre ne fonctionnait plus)Nous avons vu à la fin de la deuxieme semaine quelq'un de la conciergerie qui semblait être très peu investie.Nous a fait comprendre qu'elle ne trouverait sans doute personne pour changer les ampoules de la salle de bains....Effectivement pas de nouvelles de la personne toute la dernière semaine.....Nous sommes déçus du suivi....et pourtant nous sommes souvent partis avec Abritel.....Nb: la présence de la voie rapide derrière la maison n'est pas très agreable lorsqu'on veut profiter du jardin.Sinon, la maison est très agreable et spacieuse..

Les chambres sont simples avec un beau dressing dans une d'entre elles. L'ensemble est très propre. Das Haus befindet sich am Rand von Dinan in Taden und von dort kommt man rasch überall hin. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und gut gepflegt. 🙁 Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietservice ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig und erfolgt im Vorfeld per SMS/MMS nur auf französisch. Auf meine Antworten oder Fragen wurde dabei nicht reagiert. Die nahe gelegene Auffahrt zur N176 sorgt teilweise für einen recht hohen Geräuschpegel."
