Room was in bad condition. Two lights were broken, the bathroom mirror had a large crack in it, the furniture was worn out. We called staff to notify them of the lights being broken, and instead of giving us a room in better condition, they sent someone up to fix it while we were sitting there in the room. We booked this thinking it’d be a nice way to spend our anniversary but were very disappointed.
