The Hotel was average, less than I expected. The restaurant "The Bite" was not very desirable, the waitress wasn't very good and when we went the food was limited (very) 2-4pm So we did not go back there for dinner. The lobby was pretty but, not like the photos. The personnel were very nice and friendly Gift shop closed on Sunday, and not soda/water machines

Nice hotel in downtown Tacoma

Hotel Murano is close to many cafes and good restaurants in downtown Tacoma. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Very nice glass artwork inspired hotel

We stayed for 1 night and this is a very nice hotel in a good location in Tacoma. We were very impressed with the glass art all throughout the hotel. The rooms were also nice and clean. We would stay here again.

Never staying at this hotel.

Was going a wrong room, elevators took for ever, not many food selection and finding a parking was a hassle.

Super nice hotel and the staff rocked!

We arrived late due to our wedding and the hotel staff was helpful and accomidating. Love that this hotel had 24 hour room service!

Tried to check in at their 3pm check in time and was told my room would be ready in an hour. I asked why and they said that 3pm is when check in "begins." An hour later I was told me room was still "dirty" and no other rooms were available. Finally after 3 and a half hours of having to wait I their lobby with all of my luggage they found me a room. While waiting in the lobby I met six other people who had been waiting for hours to check in. Further the hotel rooms do not have microwaves and have a locked mini fridge filled with crap so do not plan on eating whil staying there.

Hotel Great; bed aweful

Pros: Beautiful surroundings; beutiful on the inside.
Cons: the beds listed above; very uncomfortable.
Location: I have friends and family in the area, so I stayed there to have a relaxing evening after seeing some friends.
I came into town to see a friend and stay the night in your hotel. The hotel was beautiful; all amenities were great, with the exeption of the bed. I had gotten the two beds as opposed to the one kind and I quickly realized why the king was a greater price; the room with the two smaller beds, well, the beds where very uncomfortable..for the cost of the room; this is not acceptable, so I wanted to share with you my thoughts on this.

No way for the price

They can charge an arm and a leg, it's the only large hotel downtown. Room lacked in many ways, no remote to watch tv. Room service food was sub par. Overall it was nothing impressive.

Great design

Everything about the hotel is well designed - from the lobby to the artwork in the hallways to the actual rooms. Very cool hotel, would definitely come here again. Also, the customer service was genuinely great - everyone I talked to was super nice and knowledgable.
